The Export Development Law enacted by Law No. 155 of 2002

The Export Development Law No. 155 of 2002 is one of the key legislative frameworks established to promote exports. The Law is enacted to expand exports of goods and services, facilitate access to new markets, and strengthen the international competitiveness of the Egyptian products. In furtherance of these objectives, the Law provides for the incorporation of the Export Development Fund (EDF).
