Decree No. 2601 of 2024 Designating the Ministry tasked with Implementing the Provisions of the Chambers of Commerce Law

Prime Minister Decree No. 2601 of 2024 was issued designating the Ministry and the Minister tasked with administrating the Federation of the Egyptian Chambers of Commerce and all chambers of commerce in the governorates. The Decree provides that the Minister and Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade shall be the competent Minister and Ministry to implement the provisions of the Chambers of Commerce Law No. 189 of 1951.
