Presidential Decree-Law No. 323 of 1956 on Regulating the Organization of and Participation in Exhibitions and Fairs is one of the principal and pivotal pieces of legislation governing commercial events in Egypt, regulating and organizing marketing activities, international and domestic exhibitions, and commercial markets, in order to ensure their alignment with the economic interests of the Egyptian State, encourage exports, and ensure the quality of displayed products.
