Presidential Decree No. 1105 of 1965 Restructuring the Bodies Operating in the Cotton Sector

The Decree aims primarily at restructuring the bodies operating in the cotton sector, and led to the incorporation of the Cotton Arbitration & Testing General Organization (CATGO) and the dissolution of previous entities such as the Egyptian Cotton Committee, with the aim of tightening oversight, raising cotton quality, and preventing fraud.
