The Egyptian Export Promotion Center was established under Law No. 22 of 1992. It operates under the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade and contributes to implementing the Ministry’s vision, strategic objectives, and policy directions. The Egyptian Export Promotion Center supports the development of Egyptian exports and enhances their competitiveness by providing technical support services to exporters, aiming to increase the global competitiveness of their products and open new export markets, particularly for new exporters. Thereby generating high-quality jobs opportunities and boosting the competitiveness of the national economy.

The Egyptian Export Promotion Center is committed to building and developing export capacities by raising awareness in the Egyptian export sector about export opportunities, as well as the customs and non-customs incentives available in target markets. This is achieved through conducting research studies on products and markets, evaluating the absorption capacity of global markets, and organizing awareness seminars for the exporter community to qualify new exporters.

Furthermore, The Egyptian Export Promotion Center promotes digital transformation in the export sector by supporting the electronic promotion of Egyptian products for both existing and new exporters, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, through its official website. It also maintains a well-organized and regularly updated database of Egyptian companies wishing to export and promote their products, in addition to enhancing cooperation with international counterpart entities.
